At the invention stage, the children created their own instructions for making cupcakes- and today, we put them to the test! Using their amazing writing, we followed the steps and baked some delicious treats. A fantastic way to bring their learning to life.
  • 06:28 PM - 26th March, 2025 KS2 had an amazing time with poet @arjimanuelpillai ✨ They explored what poetry is and how ‘your favourite words, in your favourite order’ can bring ideas to life. 🎶📖 The children created their own 4-bar poems and performed them to music—such a fun and inspiring workshop! 🎤🎵 #PoetryInMotion #CreativeKids

  • 08:21 PM - 19th March, 2025 🌍✨ Year 3 had an amazing time exploring Watford on their geography fieldwork trip! 🏙️👀   As part of our topic on researching a local area, we walked around Watford to discover what makes our town special. From bustling high streets to peaceful parks, we took in the sights, thought about what visitors might enjoy, and compared Watford to other places we’ve been.   This hands-on learning helped us see our hometown in a new way—just like we were introducing it to someone visiting for the first time! 🗺️💡   #WatfordWalk #GeographyInAction #LocalAreaStudy #Year3Adventures
